Applicants accepted to Nursing must submit the following documents to the School they have been accepted to, within two weeks of receiving the acceptance letter:
- Signed personal form (applicants that studied Nursing in the past must note that on the form)
- Signed (by the police) confirmation of lack of criminal records
- Army medic certificate (for applicants to the special track)
- Personal Health Declaration
- Waiver of medical confidentiality (the School reserves the right to summon some of the applicants to additional checks).
